Section 03 — Capability
Capability Statement
Established in 2021, Up North Enterprises delivers civil construction and earthmoving capability from bases in Cooktown and Bramwell Station. Our civil work covers roadworks, flood and disaster-recovery repairs and access upgrades, while our earthmoving side covers cut and fill, site preparation, drainage and haulage. That combination, along with our raw materials yard, is what lets us work across Cape York and other remote, difficult-access sites in Far North Queensland.

Career Opportunities
Our mission is Building, Training and Employing in the North, and education is one of the five values behind how we work. That means apprenticeship opportunities alongside operator and civil construction roles, with training on the job.
Much of our work is in remote parts of Cape York, so working away from town is part of the role. We don't have specific vacancies listed right now — check back here for current openings, or send an expression of interest below and we'll keep it on file.
